SKYDENT Radiography Film
The SKYDENT Radiography Film is a single-tooth film that delivers high-speed contrast and is used for fast open-environment radiography. Due to the high image quality and precise detail it provides, it is widely used in dental practices. When X-rays are applied, a detecting medium is required — and radiography films like SKYDENT are used for this purpose. This film is designed exclusively for intraoral X-ray diagnosis.
Technical Features of SKYDENT Radiography Film:
Complies with the global radiation protection standards for patients (EAIA/RPOP)
30%–50% lower X-ray exposure compared to D-speed films due to reduced exposure time
Made from soft plastic material with rounded corners
The envelope can be disinfected using various disinfectants
Manually openable and adjustable
Contains a lead foil sheet on the back of the film
Easy side identification via the curved dot on the upper corner of the film packet (the upper section indicates the side opposite the X-ray source)
Resistant to daylight exposure without degradation
Can be processed manually or automatically using developing machines
Note:
When processing films manually, this should be done in a darkroom or under indirect red or olive-green light.
Compatible with various high-quality chemical solutions for film development
Can be processed using tablet or powder developing agents
